April 10th, 2018   The student's teacher must nominate student to request the test.   The Nomination                              information must be sent to our e-mail address.  A check made out to the                                                IESO Team USA, Inc. for each student's testing fee of $25  needs to be sent to our                                    mailing address. at Tailer, 5 Jericho Rd. Essex Vermont 05452   

 

                            Test materials will then be sent to the the school administrator at the school                                         address.

 

April 20th, 2018  Students will take a proctored exam.  The teacher will be the proctor, and a school                                administrator must sign that the test was given in a proctored environment with                                  no outside help.

 

May 4th, 2018     The test results will be sent via e-mail to all students and their teachers.                                                  Qualifying students will be selected to attend the summer training camp.

 

June 1st.              Tuition balance must be paid to attend the camp

June 23rd. - June 30th.                The summer institute will occur at the University of Vermont

​

June 30th.            At the closing ceremony of the institute, the qualifying students to TEAM USA will                               be  announced.

July to August     Team members will continue to prepare for the IESO

August

6th - 18th            The team will travel to Thailand to attend the International Earth Science                                              Olympiad   Please visit their site
